Lead Salesforce Engineer

Rate: €500-550 per/day, depending on experience

We are seeking an established Salesforce Engineer for our Dublin-based client. The successful candidate will have extensive sector experience along with a forward-thinking approach to drive the long-term transformation and development of our client's business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable, durable Salesforce solutions that enable a seamless Quote-to-Order and broader Quote-to-Cash process.
• Development: Build and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows and integrations with external systems.
• Integration: Design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms (e.g., ERP, CPQ, billing, or data services).
• Ensure system health, reliability, and observability across all Quote-to-Cash operations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Architects, and Business Analysts to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Release Management: Support CI/CD pipelines, manage deployments, and ensure smooth releases across environments.

Requirements:

• 3^rd Level education in related disciplines and relevant Salesforce Certifications.
• Demonstrable teamwork, leadership, stakeholder and communication skills.
• Robust exposure to modern CRM practices.
• Skilled in accelerated development leveraging AI-driven tools.
• Delivered complex, scalable CPQ implementations aligned with business objectives.
• Strong command of Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript and Salesforce trigger frameworks.
• Proficient with Git and modern development workflows.
